A day trip to Hurricane Ridge- Olympic national Park

Olympic National Park is situated on the Olympic peninsula, in Washington state, USA. It established as an US national park in the year 1938 and in 1976 UNESCO designated it as an International Biosphere Reserve. The national park is vast and surrounded by unique natural beauties like rainforest, sub alpine forest and pacific coast line. Hurricane ridge, is a picturesque area in Olympic National Park.

A day trip to Hurricane Ridge. It's a picturesque landscape surrounded by snow covered mountains, conifer forest and wildlife at the middle of Olympic National Park. The place is not only great for professional hikers but also perfect for amateur hikers like us. Just within a 3 hours of quick drive from the urban Seattle, you will suddenly arrive in the middle of nature.

We hiked through the meadows and ridges, to view snow covered Olympic range, wild flowers, coniferous forest and couple of deer. The trails also had magnificent view of the Strait of Juan de Fuca and Vancouver Island of Canada.
